Terms and Conditions

1. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking confirmation and balance payable when you arrive in Kenya
2. Cancellation fees are levied as below.

3. Prices are inclusive of safari booked, government taxes and park fees
4. Attraction to tours:
   • The company reserve the right to alter arrangements or cancel a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate
   • Company also has the right to decline to accept or refrain any person as a member of any tour at any time in which case an equitable amount will be refunded
5. Prices are based on tariffs and other operational costs prevailing at the time of pricing
6. Liability

• • The company and its agents act only as agents of the tour, transport ect and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage of any manner
  • The company reserve the right to employ sub-contractors for all or parts of the services
  • The company shall not be held responsible for any loss damage to luggage
  • The company liability to passengers carried on it’s own vehicles is governed by the laws of the county in which the tour takes place.

7. Issues /Complaints

• • Any complain that may arise during our service , it should be communicated immediately or as it happens to the managers or sales team in writing and email/whatsapp for on-site attention, verification and immediate correction
  • A summary of the complains in case not addressed on site shall be communicated to the company in writing within 30 days of completion of the service offered for necessary action
  • The complain issue raised shall be investigated and addressed within 30 days of formal complain / issue receipt
